Cinnamon Roll Cake



CAKE :

3 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cups of milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup butter, melted

TOPPING:

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons cinnamon

GLAZE:

2 cups powdered sugar
5 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla



Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 glass backing pan with cooking spray and set aside.

Using a mixer, beat together flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, milk, eggs and vanilla until well combined.
Slowly stir in the melted butter. Pour into prepared pan. Set aside.

For the topping, in a large bowl mix the butter, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon until creamy.
Drop by tablespoons evenly over the batter and use a knife to swirl/ marble through the cake.



Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

For the glaze, in a medium bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.
Drizzle evenly over warm cake.
Cut and serve warm or at room temperature.
